About Us:
Seneca Recovery Systems specializes in auditing foreclosed properties and recovering unclaimed surplus funds held on deposit in government registry accounts.

OUR MISSION:
When a property is foreclosed due to tax sales or mortgage non-payment and sells at auction for more than the outstanding debt, an overage (surplus fund) is generated. By law, this money belongs to the former homeowner or legal property owner. However, local authorities and county agencies are under no obligation to notify former owners that these funds exist.
Because strict statutory time limits apply, unclaimed funds will eventually revert permanently (escheat) to the state treasury. Seneca Recovery Systems exists to ensure former property owners successfully claim and receive the equity that is rightfully theirs.
